Range Rover 1972 “Classic” Restoration Project for “TJT 385L” Starts Today
Saturday 14th January 2012 (08:45hrs)
Depart from base, destination St. Weonards, Hereford in order to view and appraise “TJT 385L”, an original 1972 Range Rover 2-door “Classic” that we had seen for sale on the Car and Classic Website earlier in the week.
Although not the cleanest of cars, this Range Rover was an extremely level original car with no body rust or body rot. The engine started on the first turn of the key, and I must say she sounded so sweet!
Whilst on test drive it was soon recognisable that this car was something special… She pulled away as though she was fresh out of the factory… She ran so straight and true… And when we wanted to slow down, she did so perfectly…
Arriving back at the owner’s house, it was negotiation time, and soon she was ours!!!
